Corkscrews, Bottle
Openers, and The Art of Opening
An exhibition of
corkscrews and bottle stoppers ranging from the functional to
decorative to absurd. May

The Wood Turning Center is putting together a juried/invitational
traveling exhibition of corkscrews and bottle stoppers
for a show scheduled for May
2009 in conjunction with the SNAG Conference in

Decorative Resurgence
This exhibition will be held in the Rowan University Gallery
in Glassboro, NJ, April 20-May 29, 2009 -- coinciding with the
SNAG conference. Contemporary metalwork and jewelry inspired
by historical ornamentation and decoration. Juried by Jill Baker Gowen and Jessica
Calderwood. Call for
Entries. Deadline December 1, 2008.
