Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
Q.
How do I promote my materials (such as postcards, brochures,
samples and coupons) to all conference attendees through the
Conference Tote Bags?
A.
Promote your business, studio, school, samples, coupons,
upcoming show, or yourself with a Conference Tote Bag
Insert! For a nominal insertion fee of $50 you can have
your brochure, flyer, card, and such inserted in the tote bags
given to all attendees. Please note catalogues and other
bulky items are excluded. More information coming soon.
Q.
Can I circulate my
promotional materials to conference attendees for
free?
A.
Free literature tables are set up for attendees to place their
postcards, brochures and PR materials for others to pick up.
It’s a great way to get information out to your peers or
core audience. You must bring all materials with you or ship
them to the hotel. More details here.

conference but would like to save money on the hotel room, yet
I do not know anyone. How can I find a roommate?

the information you provide. More details coming January 15,
2009.
