Free Literature Table
Tables are set up for attendees to place their postcards,
brochures and PR materials for others to pick up. There is no
cost for this service, and it’s a great way to get
information out to your peers.
If you wish to take advantage
of this opportunity, you must bring materials with you to the
conference or ship them to someone staying at the
hotel.
The Free Literature Table is not staffed, so you are
responsible for putting out and replenishing materials
throughout the conference and retrieving any leftovers at
conference close.
All materials sent to the hotel for the Free Literature Tables
MUST be addressed to the attention of a confirmed hotel guest,
as below.
