Design kits go on sale October 11, 2016 at 9:00 a.m. PST
A picture is worth 1000 words. What does your image reveal? The 2017 Halstead Design Challenge “Memento” asks you to incorporate a photo into a brooch constructed primarily from materials in the Halstead challenge kit. A juried selection from all entries will be exhibited at the SNAG New Orleans Conference in May 2017. Proceeds from entry fees directly benefit SNAG.
Receive a 50 pc kit of sterling silver, copper and brass supplies from Halstead to get your creative juices flowing. Your kit will include sheet metal, chain segments, wire, blanks, links, rivets and a few fun beads. Add a photo to create a brooch. Only 200 Halstead Challenge kits are available, get your hands on them before they are gone. Design kits go on sale October 11, 2016 at 9:00 a.m. PST. Kit price/entry fee is $39 (includes shipping*).
