SNAG has a new registration system this year and guess what? You will be able to create an account where you can go to your profile, print a copy of your confirmation at any time, change your information, add a workshop or an EIM ticket, etc., it is all at your fingertips and easy to print.

When you register for MADE: Makers Across Disciplines Engage, we give you everything we’ve got to give. You’ll have full access to all Presentations, the Pin Swap & Shop, the After Party, the Vendor Room, Demonstrations, the Trunk Show, the SNAG Student Juried Exhibition, Adorned Spaces, admission to the Thursday night Exhibition Crawl, the Education Resource Room, the Education Dialogue, the Portfolio Review, and the Final Night Dance Party.
- For the first time, SNAG is offering Group Registration online! If you are paying with ONE credit card, you and your group can sign up all at once.
- Once you complete the registration process for your group each participant will be able to log back in to add any add-ons to each registration individually.
- If you are registering a group of 8 or more SNAG Student Members from ONE institution during Early Bird Registration, you may qualify for a discount! All students must be SNAG members and register by the March 8th, Early Bird Registration deadline!

If we can’t enjoy your company for the whole conference, we’ll take what we can get! We are offering a one-day conference pass for Thursday or Friday. Day Passes will include all daytime sessions plus the SNAG Student Juried Exhibition, the Vendor Room, and Demonstrations. The other events included in the Day Pass depend on that day’s offerings. Refer to the conference schedule to see what will be offered on your chosen day. You can register for a day pass onsite, during the conference.
Only in town to catch a lecture or two? Lecture Passes are available onsite. Each Lecture Pass will be good for the purchased lecture only, the Vendor Room, Adorned Spaces, and the SNAG Student Juried Exhibition. LIMIT of TWO Lecture Passes Per Day. The Lecture Pass does not include access to any of the events that are offered that day, to gain full access to those, you can purchase a day pass or full conference registration.

Rooms are available Tuesday, May 22, 2018, through Sunday, May 27th, 2018, based on availability. Requests can be made (but not guaranteed) for one king or two queen beds.
When reserving your room through the conference registration it will hold your spot and preferences. It will not charge your card for the room at that time. When you check into the hotel it will put a one-night stay hold on your card until you check out, and that is when your card will be charged for your full stay.
**The Club Rooms are limited, if you do not see that option when registering, please contact Meetings A La Carte at firstname.lastname@example.org and they will do our best to accommodate you.
**The Trunk Show, Exhibition in Motion, and Final Night Dance Party happen on Saturday, May 26th, afternoon and evening. We suggest booking your room through Sunday, May 27th if you plan to stay for these events.
All hotel reservations must be made through the conference registration site by April 20th, 2018.
HAVE TO CANCEL YOUR TRIP TO THE CONFERENCE? – We’re sorry you won’t be able to join us!
- Cancel by March 8th, 2018 and receive a refund minus a $50 cancellation fee (per person).
- For cancellations between March 9 and May 2, 2018, there will be a $150 cancellation fee (per person).
- The final date to receive any refund is May 2, 2018. There are no refunds after this date or for no-shows.
