Profile picture of Juan Alejandro Fried Ortiz de Zarate

I studied art history and architecture and I’m continuously influenced by the connection of art, science, and mathematics that surrounds us daily. I look for large- and small-scale interrelationships of natural and man-made forms and structures. In 2014, I started forging, fusing, and assembling geometric, architectonic wearable objects, whether from found, recycled materials or digitally printed, to reflect the contexts in which they might be carried.
