The jewelry I create is inspired by my love for adornment, an interest in patterns and line, and a sense of functionality.  Working primarily with steel allows me to build large yet lightweight forms and the addition of fiber gives a contrasting warmth and softness.  The bold, pattern-based format of my jewelry has a strong presence when being worn as well as when on display, and the physical movement and variety of textures deliver a rewarding tactile experience in the hand.

I am a studio based jewelry designer originally from Pennsylvania.  I received my BFA in Jewelry & Metalsmithing from Edinboro University in 2012.   Since graduating, I have worked at Haystack Mountain School of Craft in Maine and Peters Valley Craft Center in NJ.  In 2014-2015 I was selected as a resident artist at the Houston Center for Contemporary Craft.
