I create different collections to follow new visual lines of thought, my way of processing the world around me and inviting other people to take part.  I’m interested in detail, delicacy, and patterns, and whatever I make has to wrap itself easily around the body or sit lightly on it.

My design aesthetic was influenced by the countries I grew up in: Venezuela, South Korea, Germany, Latvia, and the United States.  I earned my BA in jewelry design at Central Saint Martins College of Art and Design, graduating in 2011.  I shared a workshop in the East End for a year after graduating, and spent another year on an intensive silversmithing course in rural Oxfordshire before returning to the United States.  I now work out of a shared warehouse at the foot of one of Portland’s famous bridges.
